Mission

The mission and the affairs of the IFCD is directed to the relief of the socialy
unprotected people in the Caucasus and to the protection of their interests.
The main aim of the Fund is: to create the free medical and juridical
consultation centres, to carry out the humanitarian programs for abandoned and homeless
children, single mothers, the families with low income, to solve the problem of
unemployment, to found the educational centres for socialy unprotected
children, to organize the educational exchange programs with the foreign
countries, to create the humanitarian enterprises and farms, free canteens, free
humanitarian charity camps, to finance and render the young scientists
asistance to carry out the perspective ideas and projects.
